Chester Cheetah (the Cheetohs mascot) is snorting orange powder (presumably cheese) from a tray as if it were cocaine and listening to Tom Sawyer. After taking a big sniff, he says "There is no f**king drummer better than Neil Peart!" A Rush poster is also seen in the background.
