UPDATE - 4/1@10:35PM: I hope you all enjoyed my little joke. Thanks for being good sports about it. :)

Later this year filmmakers Sam Duun and Scot McFadden will be releasing their much-anticipated Rush documentary. In the course of collecting material for the documentary, they have uncovered several pre-1974 Rush videos that have never been released to the public. Among these is a live recording of Rush playing a gig in the early 70s along with several home movies dating as far back as 1969. The live video is from an appearance opening for Stryken at the Xanadu Star Theater in Cleveland, OH in the summer of 1971 where the band performs a cover of The Who's Won't Get Fooled Again. In order to promote the documentary, the filmmakers have posted a short preview video online which you can check out at this location or by using the player below. For all the details regarding this rare footage and how it may be used in the documentary go to this link.
