Alex Lifeson was recently interviewed for the Interviewing the Legends with Ray Shaso podcast, where Lerxst talks about his Envy of None project's new Stygian Wavz album, Rush and more. Stygian Wavz released just this past Friday, and Rush 50 back on March 21st. Here's Alex on his recent health issues:

I had some health issues that left me with almost a year of nausea and my stomach was a mess. I went to a clinic in January in Austria ... and Ibwas there for two weeks and they just taught me, how to eat, when to eat, how to really look after myself and and find the discipline internally to make this a lifelong thing. Because my condition is chronic and it'll never get better but I can learn to live with it. That's what they taught me to do, and so I think I've lost 40 pounds in two years ... but I feel I feel great ready to go.
