UPDATE - 7/6@1:49PM: VIP tickets for the Amsterdam show are now available.

Last night the Rush newsletter sent out information for the fan pre-sale for the June 2, 2013 show in Amsterdam. The pre-sale began this morning at 10AM (Amsterdam time) and you can purchase tickets at this link. The newsletter also makes mention of a VIP tour package available at this link, but as of this post the Amsterdam date is not listed.
