Then it was off to the BEA show for the day, lunch with my agents, and then an afternoon signing at the ECW booth where we gave out copies of the special color sampler booklet of CLOCKWORK ANGELS: The Novel - special introductions by Neil Peart and myself, the first three chapters, the lyrics to Caravan, and three color paintings from the book. I signed for a long line of people, and also gave out DEATH WARMED OVER postcards. ...

A sampler booklet of the Clockwork Angels novel will be given out to industry professionals and booksellers at next week's Book Expo America in New York City. From author Kevin J. Anderson's blog:
ECW Press, the publisher of the hardcover edition of Clockwork Angels: The Novel, has produced an impressive sampler booklet to be given out to industry professionals and booksellers at next week's Book Expo America in New York City. I will be at the Book Expo autographing the booklets for ECW, appearing on panels, and also signing for other publishers.
The impressive Clockwork Angels booklet includes the first three chapters of the novel (which roughly cover the song "Caravan"), the lyrics to "Caravan," three full-color paintings by Hugh Syme, and original introductions by Neil Peart and by myself.
The Book Expo America is the largest publishing trade show in North America and caters to industry professionals, publishers, booksellers, agents, editors, distributors, and authors. It is held at the Javitz Center in New York City, Monday-Thursday June 3-7.
I will be signing a limited number of the booklets at the ECW booth, #2740, from 2:30-3:30 PM on Tuesday and from 10-11 AM on Wednesday. I hope to see some of you there.
After the Book Expo, we'll try to make some of the extra booklets available to other fans who cannot attend, through my website and through rush.com. I'll post details here as soon as I have them.
