UPDATE - 10/2@9:23AM: Reader Jay Y pointed me to his photobucket gallery from last night's show which you can check out at this link. Here's a fun, lighthearted little review from Stephanie Hayes of the St. Petersburg Times (thanks katskahnne). She's definitely not a Rush fan and was less than thrilled about having to review the show. But her words seem to indicate that she had a good time and now at least understands Rush fans a little better. Her respect for the band is demonstrated with the article's title: For 40 years, these guys are rock solid. Indeed they are.
Rush rolls into the Sunshine State this weekend to play the last 2 shows of the US leg of the Time Machine Tour. Tonight they'll hit the 1-800-ASK-GARY Amphitheatre (formerly the Ford Amphitheatre and probably the most horrible name ever for a venue) in Tampa. Here's a preview article from the St. Petersburg Times. For everyone going to the show, have fun, be safe and make sure to share your photos/videos/reports.
